I need 10 1/2 inches across the top. The length and width aren't really a problem. I want slant, black leather, not the real shiny stuff, no conchos or fringe. Is that too much to ask for? Oh yeah, and real inexpensive. Under $200. I want to bolt them on to the new fender rails.
